So you're suggesting to make getting rid of CellContentView and
CellBoxView part of the PEG, but not the replacement? That sounds a bit
strange to me ;-)
I'm suggesting that we do that for now, using CellInBox for both directly,
and PEGging the change to ViewContext (i.e. removing getView, getCellView,
getCellContentView, and getWindow)
