There are several points here:

        - PP code is now pretty good, and joining these shouldn't
          be terribly difficult

        - integrating spatial and xanalogical links would make a nice
          topic: the way the structure and API allows structures
          if different types to be intertwingled
        
        - OTOH, like you say, it's more work 

        - But OTOH^2 we don't have the main thesis of the article yet.

Difficult.
