editing other projects' makefiles must be the broadest scope for taking
care of a project i've heard of :) . or well, there's a lot of work done
for packaging etc. in many places, if it can be thought like that, dunno.
here you are talking about a special case of course, as it's all part of
the same overall project.

but to the point: interlinking between different projects would be quite
something, does Javadoc or any other tool currently support that? can it
be thought of as a dependency graph but with a smaller granularity than in
e.g. package management systems?

i.e. when working with e.g. some part of Alph, you can see how it uses
Storm and follow on to see the particular parts of Storm it uses *there*.

hm. have trouble concretisizing a case, though, probably due to
infamiliarity with the current split architecture and unclarity about how
APIs relate to this (show in UML).

package graphs are an obvious example, providing access to the different
projects -- right?

e.g. when trying to think how Zope and Fenfire might sensibly relate it
might be nice to have (deeply?) interlinked docs of both.
