So in which file is the actual homepage? Which cvs?
Make what?

Having this process explained somewhere might help ;)

Umm, what's non-gnu/fenfire?

My directory structure is flat: 

cvs/fenfire
cvs/fenfire-depends
cvs/libvob
...
