FYI the Debian packages (version 2.0.0 is ready and should be uploaded soon to experimental, unstable to follow) has those files already. It starts a Tryton server specifically for GNU Health (there is also another one running from the Tryton package itself, we have to see what's best to do).
You can have a look at [0]. There's a little bit that's dependand on the layout of the Debian package, so you might want to also look at the init script provided with the Debian Tryton package [1].
