Details:

The Surgery model will be redesigned, so we can have more flexibility in terms
of access and functionality

This will allow, among other functionality :

- Create calendar events for surgeries
- Search with complex criteria
- Generate surgery reports

We will be able to access to the patient surgical history from the main
patient view, as a shortcut.
