[Health-dev] Initializing database thro' XML

Hi All,

We are trying a module similar to currency. The dataset for currency module is written in currnecy.xml. We have also made a similar .xml file with our dataset.

Now, we need to initialize the database with this dataset. How shall we do?

Please give the steps. 

Is it necessary do it explicitly otherwise?
