[Health-dev] Bugtracker and mailing list

Hi,

I find it very confusing that the bugs comments are posted on the
mailing list.
Because the bugtracker doesn't allow to answer by email, we got
situation where an issue is discussed partially on a thread of the
mailing list and partially on the bug tracker.
So if someone looks at the bug history, he will have a lot of
difficulties to understand the situation and why some decisions have
been taken.

I think a solution (until the bugtracker allow email answer) is to
disable the copy of the bugtracker comments to the mailing list.
