Yestaday, I have try to install gnuhealth, tryton can not download at all in China, gnuhealth wiki can not open too,   I do not think wiki is a good document place, document  include into release tarball maybe better

Maybe we can setup a demo server also in Asia, so countries in the
region can connect in a faster manner.

OSDN, with mirrors in Japan and China is now hosting the GNU Health
releases too.

For development, I suggest you make a link to the default branch of
your local mercurial repo.

This is what it looks like on my development box. The link points to the
actual repository
