Dear Axel,
Actually, I don't know the CUPS driver on the system, I will find out by tomorrow.

However, the printer is 58mm thermal POS printer and I downloaded it driver from xprinter.net.

The paper on the xprinter is about 2"x4" (https://paste.opensuse.org/64307111). Because of how little is the paper, printed information cannot be visible, as you can see from the attachment. But the printer driver installation was successful.

I guess changing the invoice template paper size to that of original size of thermal printer; or reducing the font size from the template will help.
Regards,
Yusuf

Hi,
I installed a thermal printer for printing an invoice.
When I print the invoice, the fonts and characters are not readable (very tiny).
I try to change the settings to fit the paper size (4x6) from the invoice template on LibreOffice (https://paste.opensuse.org/80508801https://paste.opensuse.org/90239835), however the margin goes out of order(https://paste.opensuse.org/23235137), and if I preview the page (https://paste.opensuse.org/21137735), you noticed the variation.
Please, how can resolve this issues.
regards,
Yusuf
