Finally, I got it working by going to previous copy of the template which I narrowed down the tables and reduced the font size again before adapting the new paper size on the template.

Dear Axel,

I have successfully reduced the size of all the contents of the invoice template so that when changing the layout to meet the paper size the contents will not go out of range. see the attached new template (am sorry, this give error on paste.opensuse.org).

I got this error message. I try to make sure all the content of the original template noting is missing.

Please, guide.

You need to adapt the layout of the invoice to that paper size! And then you
try to print to PDF first, to see if layout is OK and evreything is visible.
