There seems to be something wrong with configure, it check for "chflags"
and enables it, but it shouldnt be enabled on Linux I think.
configure:5844: checking for chflags

is not implemented and will always fail

Does anyone know why? And how to fix it?
( The compile works fine if I edit src/conf.h and comment out
HAVE_CHFLAGS)
