I think "cfrun:ls-bs-si2.bs.linet-services.de" means "cfrun running
on ls-bs-si2.bs.linet-services.de".  So the error above means
"cfrun running on ls-bs-si2.bs.linet-services.de couldn't open a
socket [to the host it's hailing]"

Try setting OutputPrefix = ( ":" )
