Can I compile Emacs so that it uses GTK style scrollbar and menubar? I
have tried to configure Emacs 21.3 with the `--with-x-toolkit' option,
but it doesn't work.
$ ./configure --with-x-toolkit=gtk
loading cache ./config.cache
configure: error: `--with-x-toolkit=gtk' is invalid\;
this option's value should be `yes', `no', `lucid', `athena', or
`motif'.
Currently, `yes', `athena' and `lucid' are synonyms.
