Yes, I understand, but I thought I'd tell him
anyway so he doesn't have to come back and ask
again.

Better to answer all questions, including the
irrelevant ones.

(Well, in all honesty he couldn't have known it
was an irrelevant question. Or he could, had he
read the thread from this newsgroup
I referenced last time I spoke to him.
But maybe the support people at Zoho are
stressed-out 3rd world people who aren't
allowed to take the proper time to do a good
job...)
