The best place to start for coreutils is doc/coreutils.texi.
That is the primary source of documentation. However, note
that man pages are generated automatically by running help2man
to convert each program's --help output to the corresponding man page.
If it involves coreutils, the best place to post is bug-coreutils@gnu.org.
