Thanks a lot. I now get the main window when I create a new project. However,
the main window does not display any icons (see attached screen shot).
To make sure there is nothing wrong with my installation i deleted the whole
/opt/GNUstep directory and installed it again. I also moved ~/GNUstep out of
the way.
There is some output when I start Project Center:
$ openapp ProjectCenter
