[help-texinfo] Trouble compiling on Mac OS X (10.3.1)

Thank you for helping.

I'm getting an error when compiling:

If anyone has I hint I would greatly appreciate it.    This is a new G5 
Mac and I'm not very experienced with this OS.

I'm trying to build version 4.6.1
