The question is: why does the Emacs hydra build recipe list guile as a
dependency, when Emacs does not use guile?

On http://hydra.nixos.org/jobset/gnu/emacs-trunk, the i686-cygwin,
i686-freebsd, and x86_64-darwin are all failing due to problems
building guile (AFAICS).
