That's the point Paul, I'm trying to install it manually following the INSTALL 
text file instructions (I mean the installation guide, not an script), but 
I've found that file doesn't correspond with the source I've, among other 
things it says nothing about where the templates must be installed in the 
system while talks about copy an opac-html directory:

In your opac dir make a dir called htdocs, and copy everything in
opac-html/ to it.

[...]

But there's no directory called opac-html in current CVS, probably all those 
html files dissapiared substitued by templates (tmpl).

And so on...

That INSTALL guide is that one that comes with 1.2.3RC21 because I've no found 
equivalent documentation for the CVS source.

I think I also have this option anyway...
