Ahh, one of *those* forms. Yeah, those don't work, and likely never
will. It's a branch of XFA that doesn't work on mobile, or indeed
anything outside Adobe Reader. The annoying thing is that the content of
the form is in that file, just you can't get at it.
Adobe's official line is that the form provider needs to upgrade their
version of LiveCycle to the one that provides an HTML5 version of the form.
Bureaucracy is a stand-in for violence, as any good anarchist will tell you.
