Well Sort-of But Not Really.

Thisyear.me is my domain there isn't much on it but that's unrelated.
I use it for my personal email and as well I can and do create throw
away emails to avoid Spam.

My thought is that because this does not require First and Last Name,
Date of Birth, Date of Conception, and whatever other BS, that it
would be nice to share via a new domain
