Trademarks when applied on physical things enforce manufacturing,
distribution and commercialization. Look at Lego blocks, the Kit Kat
chocolate and the Coca Cola bottle.Trademarks will not coverage things
as planes and design, these are part of the trademark specs and will
be public domain.
