Indeed. In fact, this is actualy the critical package to update, since
the libunwind7 package itself no longer contains libunwind.so.7.
Thanks for reminding me of that.

I'm currently on travel but plan on making a 0.98.4 release with this
fix as soon as I'm back (should be on Thursday).
