http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2656I've now installed GS 9.04 (could only find 9.05 in 64-bit, and thought that might not be compatible). Putting that in the lilypond bin directory and renaming the binary to gs.exe throws errors, because the command line syntax of GS has changed. However, running GS from the command line still results in un-kerned text. I can supply PS and PDF files if required.
