[Linphone-users] Not receiving incoming calls

I have Linphone on both an ipad, and an android phone.  I use pbxes as my gateway (if that's the right term). Both devices can make calls without issue. I can receive calls on the ipad without issue, but the android will not receive calls through Linphone. This is the same through wifi or 3g/4g. 

Any thoughts?
