I'll second the change from xv to xli.  This is not because of 
*just* licensing issues, but xli is a fine piece of work.  I have
obtained patches for it to display the "png" graphics type, to get
away from the proprietary GIF format.

For our help pages, perhaps a references section to the variety
of outside packages that Lynx has hooks to (but not sendmail :-)
