sorry but I don't get the idea.

I don't really care what the emules do, as long as I somehow get the files I want from whom soever. I am totally satisfied with what I get, my point is what the community gets back from me. I interpret those stats, that You have better luck getting a file (or a chunk of one) from me if You use emule instead of mldonkey or some other client and that stinks. Maybe my interpretation is wrong, if so correct me.

I checked the client_stats of the last days and it seems that I get from
Emule clients about 15-35% of my downloads but Emules get 80-90% of my
uploads. This seems a bit unfair for the rest of the community. I know I
have to upload to Emules to get downloads from them which I consider
only fair, but it should be more like 50/50 in my opinion.
What do You think?

With this attitude you should found a party in your country and get 50% of
the votes (that would be only fair, right? Even if those people *block* your
attempts to get their voices).

I hope you get the idea ...

Sonja
