[Mldonkey-users] 2.00+3

[MLdonkey]

2.00+3 has been commited (CVS tag release-2-00+3)

It includes:
- Most patches included in pango's patch
- The Overnet patch
- Some other improvements (GUI should use less CPU, and display
   servers messages in console)
- Some other bugs
- Some code for building applets in the Gnome/Kde panels (not yet done)

I tested it, and it seems to work correctly. The Overnet patch is a
bit aggresive (lots of UDP packets sent), and its timers have been
increased consequently (10s --> 60s).

The Instant Messaging facilities have not yet been commited.
