[Mldonkey-users] files.ini gone!

Hi, i am in deep trouble... i had several downloads going on and some mostly 
finished (i'm using mldonkey 2.01 i686 shared-downloaded binary for linux)
i stopped mldonkey and when i restarted it all my download list was gone!
the files.ini and files.ini.old were blank... is there a way to save my 
downloads??? the files are still there and playable.
