Die neuen Lugdunum Server übertragen neben aktueller Zahl der User und 
Files die Max Userzahl.
Dadurch vergrößert sich ein Server-Telegramm von 12 auf 16 Byte.

The new Lugdunum Servers send beside the number of users and filesalso 
the max number of users. This is why the server-message-size increased 
from 12 to 16 bytes.

lugdunum's Changelog for p67:
Extended pings. When the dserver receives ed2k pings, with certain 
challenge values, the answer is augmented with the current 'maxClient' 
value. Server lists generators (or new clients) could use this 
information to find servers that have available slots for new clients.

Would be cool, if mldonkey could understand this extended answers, to 
avoid useless connecting-attempts.
