OK, now I am *totally* confused.

The code active in my patched version looks like this:

              M.QueryFileReq file.file_md4);
          incr nqueries
      ) (*!current_files *) c.client_source_for;
      if !nqueries > 0 then

As you can see, I reverted the latest change in the CVS back to the code
found in v1.24 of the file.

What does this snippet do?

Ask all sources for every file or not? Please shed some light onto my
clouded brain.
