Note that the file_all_chunks have not been modified: the chunks that
have already been completely downloaded are known, and it will be
detected as soon as mldonkey tries to download them (it needs to
compute the hashes for that, and your md4_delay will not help
him). However, it is not normal that the absent_chunks are completely
ignored. I will have a look to see where the problem can be...
