Your mldonkey is asking for all the files it's downloading.

In some cases, mldonkey didn't knew what to ask for to incoming peers. In
CVS2.02, this is solved by asking for the whole list of files. 

With my patch, this is also done, but some tests are done first, so
it should happen less often. And when it happens, the "ask for all files"
message is displayed.
