[Mldonkey-users] Begging: please lower max_upload_slots to something more sane

Hi.

I am down to my knees, begging:

Please lower the min-valua of max_upload_slots to something more sane,
like 5.

10 is just plain nonsense with upstreams like 16kbyte/s or even
32kbyte/s.

It is better if 5 people get 3.2kbyte/s or 6.4kbyte/s than 10 people
having only half this value, because this will get chunks spread faster.

Or make the min-value depend on the upstream specified.
