Hi,
did you ever want to pause a file (e.g. you wanted something else to
finish first) but didn't want to give up your valuable queue placed?
I would like a state between DOWNLOADING and PAUSED that does not
query for the file anymore but still accepts blocks for it and
utilised queue positions.
Once all queued sources are finished the file could drop down to
PAUSED.
What do you think?

PS: I also would like a "fade core" command that stops querying for files,
finishes all running downloads and only then quits (or even finish all running
upload slots too).
