There is something strange: Connected last 380 seconds: 0[0]
 Your client did not try to connect to any source... And your outside
 of queues = 8 is very low. How many connections can you have
 (max_opened_connections) on your client ? and max_clients_per_second
 ? and max_upload_slots ?

It looks like your client does not try to create new connections to
sources, as if they were all already used ... And "Connected clients:
126" shows indeed that there are 118 (126 - 8 outside queues) clients
connected to your client... for upload ?
