Try to increase your max_opened_connections to 200. What kind of OS
are you running ? 10 is OK for the max_upload_slots. But it looks like
there is a leak somewhere that allows more clients than wanted to stay
connected... Generally, use 'mem_stats', look at how many clients are
connected, and raise the option to a greater value...
