Details:

When I try to configure using '--with-qt=4' and then make I get the following
error

‘octave::resource_manager::resource_manager()’:
libgui/src/resource-manager.cc:99:15: error: ‘QDesktopServices’ has not
been declared
             = QDesktopServices::storageLocation
(QDesktopServices::HomeLocation);
