Follow-up Comment #7:

I agree that that's the problem (qtchooser installed, but only partial Qt 4
tools installed), and I agree that it's probably not worth the effort. This
has come up before with both Qt 4 and 5 and qtchooser, and it's solvable by
just helping users install the right packages on their distro.
