BTW remarkable that this build break only happens in mxe-octave; on Linux
(native) Octave builds & runs fine. In both Fedora and mxe-octave, gcc is at
13.2.x.
In the offending Sundials fix from March 6 (bug #65392) I've spotted no
specific Windows code.
