Follow-up Comment #21, bug #61753 (group octave):
I think it's worth a review of liboctave, and 50 isn't too bad. I'm not too
bothered by the names (assert vs. panic_unless). Rather, I would like to
eliminate needless use of assert in input validation when a call to
liboctave_error_handler would be more appropriate.
