[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #65511] Cannot edit or execute graphics m-file

Follow-up Comment #6, bug #65511 (group octave):

If Octave was not build with QScintilla and emacs is configured as external
editor in the GUI's preferences this might also result in an attempt to
execute emacs when opening an m-file from within Octave.
