Follow-up Comment #8, bug #65519 (group octave):

I uploaded the file "octave-9.1.0-w64\mingw64\bin\pstoedit.exe" to
virustotal.com website for the security analysis.

Result:

14/72 security vendors flagged this file as malicious.
