I think there are some uController users on Raspberry Pis and alike, who
would be pretty sad, if Octave dropped 32-bit support.  But true, for MS
Windows desktops, 32-bit users might not be dominant these days.

The reason for w64-64 not to be default is as far as I remember that
those libraries OpenBLAS, as well as SuiteSparse, don't use 64-bit
indices by default.  We didn't want to be the first ones to find all
their indexing problems with a "stable" Octave ;-)
