Yeah, the hotkeys apply EVERYWHERE in gtk2, so all the menu options have to
have some modifier (ctrl/alt/shift).  Otherwise you wouldn't be able to type
the letter 'h' in the list entry fields to search for groups/articles. :(
I'm not overjoyed about this either, but my fingers are starting to learn the
new hotkeys...
