Hello,

I found the GTK2.1 RPMS for redhat on the redhat ftp site, in their beta release of "phoebe".  Try ftp.redhat.com at /pub/redhat/linux/beta/phoebe/en/os/i386/SRPMS/SRPMS (yes, it's doubled).

I had to build several other libraries, including gnome-terminal, but everything is working fine.

Don't ya just hate that? "Hey don't fix that bug, we were using it!". :)

Thanks for the info/follow-up. If you don't mind:

A) How would I downgrade?
B) Are there RPM's for Gnome 2.1/Redhat 8?

Thanks!

Mark
