Ok i've done a little investigation myself and it doesn't look like we 
want to implement it.

JP2 is jpeg2000 and no one is supporting it because of patent ownership. 
Some silly fool has started posting all of his image captures in JP2 and 
can't understand why no one else can read them. Its getting worse than 
the whole yenc thing.
