Hi everyone,
A contact I made through this list pointed me to a forum of
worker-owned tech cooperatives which has a thread on Zoom
alternatives:

They're not explicitly devoted to Free Software but the discussion is
pretty detailed and we might find some good information there. Much of
the software they discuss is Free. And keeping in touch with others
would not be a bad thing.
There seems to be a virtual consensus there as well that BigBlueButton
is the best option for scaleable, stable video meetings.
