Follow-up Comment #2, bug #56724 (project reproduce): Let me just add a tiny note about this statement also: "While a user-level reproducibility script in the sense used here very much uses remote Internet resources ..." This template only needs an internet connection when you don't have the inputs (software tarballs and datasets) locally.
